When parents in a Christian community get harassed by the government for choosing to homeschool their children, Rev Dave sees it as a serious infringement on the rights of the people. When the issue worsens, it becomes a national issue as citizens start to question why the government feels parents don't have the right to control the lives of their own children. In an effort to champion the rights and freedom of people throughout the U.S., Rev Dave heads to Washington DC to where he has been summoned to testify before Congress. All eyes are on the hearing that people view as a potential landmark care regarding citizen rights.
